I agree that;
- Am an adult of 18yrs and above and of sane mind.
- All details provided on the registration form is true and correct.
- I offer my volunteer services out of free will without duress.
- I expect no compensation of any kind or form (monetary or otherwise)
- I will uphold high degree of confidentiality
- I will treat and handle all information pertaining to the foundation as private and confidential
- I can only share any information pertaining the foundation with express written authority of the CEO.
- I will uphold high degree of integrity and respect while on foundation’s assignments
- I indemnify the foundation from any act of omission and commission
- I will take personal responsibility for any act of omission and commission while acting for the foundation
- I will stand suspended as a volunteer for any act of indiscipline, misconduct while acting for the foundation
- I will stand suspended as a volunteer for any criminal or civil accusation of past, present or future
- I have no claim now and in the future on the foundation, monetary or otherwise.
- I am not a shareholder
- I will not use any foundation’s materials, print or soft against the foundation or for any personal benefit.
- I will surrender any benefit accorded to me by the virtue of being associated to Wanja Mwaura Foundation to the foundation, unless with the express written authority from the CEO.
- I will not use Wanja Mwaura Foundation name or Logo in any unofficial assignment or to accrue personal benefit whatsoever.
- Failure to fulfill any of the above, constitute misconduct.
- By agreeing, I append my signature having read and understood these terms and conditions.
